Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed taxi, transfer or tour booking should contact Lovely Tour and Travels as early as possible.
Cancellation requests made sufficiently before the scheduled travel date may be considered for a refund, subject to the booking terms and any applicable costs already incurred.
Cancellations made shortly before the scheduled travel date may be subject to cancellation charges depending on the booking, vehicle, destination and travel arrangements.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to applicable charges because the vehicle and travel arrangements may already have been reserved for the customer.
If a customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location and does not contact us, the booking may be treated as a no-show. Refund eligibility may be affected in such cases.
Where an advance payment has been collected, the refundable amount, if any, will depend on the cancellation timing and the terms agreed for the particular booking.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using an appropriate payment method or as communicated to the customer.
Certain amounts may not be refundable where expenses, reservations, permits, third-party services or other costs have already been incurred for the customer's booking.
Customers may request changes to their travel date, pickup location, destination, vehicle or itinerary. Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Travel may be affected by severe weather, road closures, traffic restrictions, government directions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such circumstances, cancellation or refund arrangements will depend on the specific circumstances and costs already incurred.
If the requested vehicle or service becomes unavailable, Lovely Tour and Travels will communicate with the customer and, where reasonably possible, discuss an alternative arrangement or applicable refund.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the individual booking, payment received, cancellation timing and applicable service conditions.
